Symptoms

An account was released from (credit) hold, but the domain subscription was left in the status Disabled in POA.

Cause

The issue is caused by the bug with id #PBA-53697, fixed in PBA 5.5.4.

Resolution

Enable this subscription in POA, pem.enableSubscription POA API method can be used. To avoid an issue from reoccurring, update installation to PBA 5.5.4
