Symptoms
While trying to add new service user for a domain with IIS Management, the option to add the IIS management service unavailable with the following message:
"Impossible to add IIS Website Management Services because resource limit is reached or IIS hosting is unavailable."
Cause
Traffic resource overusage for subscription.
Resolution
Increase the traffic resource limit to ensure that overusage is eliminated.
