Symptoms
On Autoscale tab in OACI section of Customer Control Panel RAM Autoscale is not shown for some customers.
Cause
This is due to PSBM-21920 and PSBM-21913.
RAM Autoscale option is disabled for VMs in OACI because of a limitation in PCS. When the corresponding bugs are fixed, it will be possible to enable RAM Autoscale by modifying IM-config.xml.
Resolution
PSBM-21913 has been fixed in PCS(currently - Virtuozzo) update 6.0.6
PSBM-21920 remains a limitation of Parallels Cloud Server(currently Virtuozzo) which will be fixed in one of its upcoming updates.
