New subscription for Lync2013 cannot be provisioned, error message is

In Application log on provisioning gateway:
The term 'get-cspool' is not recognized as the name of a cmdlet, function, script file, or operable program. Check the spelling of the name, or if a path was included, verify that the path is correct and try again.
Cause
PowerShell command get-cspool is not recognized on the Lync servers due to lack of proper modules on Lync Provisioning Gateway.
Resolution
Copy modules from C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Lync Server 2013\Modules to C:\Windows\System32\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0\Modules on Lync Provisioning Gateway.
This problem was reported to the maintenance team as APSA-5822
