Symptoms
FTP login to IIS website directory is asked again even after the directions from
http://download.pa.parallels.com/poa/5.5/doc/index.htm?fileName=13847.htm
are applied
Cause
Documentation requires removing security group "Authenticated Users" from security group "Securing Pre-Windows 2000 Compatible Access Group", which forces IIS FTP authentication to malfunction. A request for documentation change was submitted with ID POA-80776.
Resolution
Do not apply section "Securing Pre-Windows 2000 Compatible Access Group" from POA documentation until POA-80776 would be fixed.
