Is there is any way to view all the subscriptions/accounts without those that are in Cancelled status?

No, the filter options are based on the exact statuses - Active, Credit Hold, Cancelled, etc. There is an improvement request to implement something similar to filter option 'All, but cancelled', an internal request id is PBA-14426.
