Symptoms
Task to install WPB instance fails:
Task name APS application 'Parallels Presence Builder', id 104, instance 641 : executing configuration script
Last execution output Script execution failed: executing '/var/www/cgi-bin/php5/php -d open_basedir= -q configure.php' for APS application instance with id 641 returned value '1' with output 'Presence Builder HTTP error during command

Cause
Instance of "Parallels Presence Builder for PA", which is the server part of WPB application, was not upgraded to the version that customer tries to install on a domain.
Resolution
Check "Host" value in task output and find application instance installed on that domain in POA > Service Director > Application Manager > Applications > Parallels Presence Builder for PA > Instances > ` > click on 'Upgrade' button.
After upgrade tasks will be processed for that instance, reschedule the issued task.
