Symptoms
Watchdog check of the File Manager service always fails in POA 5.5 and incorrect notifications like provided below are being sent to the Provider:

WebFileManager@192.168.1.101: Unknown service, disable it or install appropriate check module
Cause
The Watchdog is trying to incorrectly connect to the File Manager service in POA 5.5, it is designed for old ASP.NET application, and since 5.5 POA File Manager utilizes PHP-based application.
Resolution
The problem is going to be fixed in the future updates to POA 5.5 in scope of the request POA-81645.
