Symptoms
The task 'Creating virtual host directory structure for domain service' fails in POA with the following error message:
User 'username' does not exist

Cause
The user in question was not yet propagated from POA to the Linux Shared Hosting NG web cluster when the task was executed. POA does not try to execute the task several times as it does in most cases.
Resolution
The problem is fixed in the POA 5.4.12, consider to upgrade POA to this or higher version.
In the mean time the task can be processed by re-running after some short period of time.
