Symptoms
The snapshot creation takes about 15 minutes for each snapshot to complete.
Cause
Since site snapshots are stored in the domain where to the site is published, the issue might be caused by low perfomance of the publishing host.
Resolution
Verify performance of the server where to the site is published. POA customers are invited to verify PHP limits according to this KB article.
