It is required to configure security settings in such a manner that the settings in System > Settings > System Properties would be inherited by all resellers. Additionally, the resellers should not be able to modify these settings from their control panels. How to achieve that?

Navigate to System > Settings > Security > Roles > Reseller roles > <ROLE> > Privileges and set the System Properties privilege to disabled.
