Symptoms
A task created to upgrade an old version of Presence Builder to Parallels Presence Builder 11.5 fails with an error like the one below:

Last execution output Destination host 'WINWEB01.hosting.local' (#33), IP '192.168.11.106' : Internal error: e:\CustomerData\webspaces\webspace_00100510\siteapps\ParallelsWebPresenceBuilder-209\htdocs is not a directory.
The site is located at the IIS web-server.
Cause
The location path specified in the POA database for the instance of the APS application is incorrect. This issue has been reported as POA-80630.
Resolution
Contact the Parallels Support Team to resolve the problem.
