Symptoms
As Provider I want to see in the PBA Provider Control Panel the list of subscriptions of customers of a particular reseller(s) or all resellers.
Cause
No such functionality yet in the current PBA versions.
Resolution
The ability to see in the PBA Provider Control Panel the list of subscriptions of reseller's customers is going to be implemented in the future versions of the product in scope of the request PBA-42737.
In the mean time contact the Parallels Support Team to get the required information from the PBA database.
