Symptoms
Attempt to register domain(s) using bulk registration screen in the on-line store fails, on clicking "Continue" button nothing happens, the screen is only reloaded.
Cause
Incorrect information was entered on the service parameters filling step. The error is not displayed because of the issue in the on-line store internal code.
Resolution
To understand what service parameter was filled incorrectly either the log /usr/local/bm/templatestore/logs/store.log on the on-line store server can be checked or a domain may be attempted to be registered with the same parameters but not using bulk-registration screen.
An issue with on-line store not displaying the errors is to be fixed in one of the next PBA-E updates.
