Symptoms
Attempt to download PDF version of the AR Document (invoice, payment, etc) fails with an error:
"Error on executing external command: <pdf_conversion_command>"
In MESSAGE.log there is an error:
[PDF] execution conversion command: <pdf_conversion_command>
ERR010: Unable to connect to <path>
PAGES: 1
BYTES: 4796
...[1] *** INTERRUPTED BY EXCEPTION *** virtual RealBlob bEmailMessage::convertHTML2PDF(Str)
Attempt to run the command manually ends up in the error:
ERR404: Not Found (URL to the logo)
PAGES: 1
BYTES: 5814
Cause
HTMLDoc fails to download a logo image.
Resolution
Make sure that the path to the logo image is correct and accessible:
