Symptoms
Parallels Automation Control Panel works incorrectly in Internet Explorer with the Compatibility Mode enabled; various problems may be observed:
- Loop may happen in steps in Control Panel wizard
- Item alignment may be broken on a screen
- Other types of problems
Cause
Parallels Automation products supports Internet Explorer starting from version 8.x and later versions.
With enabled Compatibility Mode in Internet Explorer attempts to load the page using older IE standards and methods(e.g. IE 7), which is not supported.

Resolution
Turn off the Compatibility Mode in Internet Explorer .
