Known issues:

Mailboxes

• Customer cannot create/modify Exchange mailbox or change template for mailbox: 'Store has only 2097152 KB of free space. It is not enough to complete operation'

• Customer cannot change template for Exchange mailbox: "Mailbox size limit exceeds maximum allowed size"

• Customer cannot create Exchange mailbox: "There is not enough diskspace in the subscription"

• Cannot create mailbox: 'E-mail address can not be created because the domain registration has not been completed yet'

• POA task "Update settings for mailbox" fails with error: "Cannot save changes made to an item to store"

• POA task 'Initialize mailbox' fails: "MAPI error getting Rules"

• Exchange provisioning fails: no available Exchange organizations on mailbox servers

• POA task 'Initialize mailbox' fails: "HTTP error: 'Unauthorized' (HTTP error code: 401)"

• Cannot create an Exchange mailbox - "Add New" button is missing in CCP

• Mailbox removed from POA still exist on Exchange server

Public folders

• Customer cannot manage public folders in CCP

• Public Folders are not visible in OWA address list after transition to Exchange 2007

• Name of the customer Root Public Folder contains numbers only

• Customer cannot assign roles to a user for Public Folder in CCP

• Cannot create Exchange Public Folder: 'PostStorageQuota is out of range'

• Public folder ownership was changed after it was imported to POA

Outlook, OWA

• Cannot configure Outlook client for mailbox hosted in POA system using Autodiscover feature

• Outlook cannot connect to Exchange 2007 mailbox: 'The name could not be resolved. The bookmark is not valid.'

• Outlook 2007 can not download Offline Address Book due to Autodiscover issues, free/busy information is not available

• Outlook cannot connect to Exchange 2010 SP1 server

• Blank page is displayed instead of OWA login screen after Exchange 2010 SP1 Rollup 5 installation

• Customer may see contacts of other customers in Outlook

• Exchange mailbox user is able to login in OWA after the user account is changed

• How to disable autologin to OWA from the Customer CP

• Customer is able to login via Microsoft Outlook to Exchange mailbox with disabled MAPI access

Offline Address Book (OAB)

• Offline Address Book is not being updated
