Symptoms
A Windows webspace backup task fails in Parallels Operations Automation (POA) with this error message "Source node with files to transfer is not accessible." The full diagnostics may appear as in the example below:

In POA Agent, log on to the Windows server where the backup is going to be created. The error message "Cannot open source file" may be observed when the backup task is being run:

Cause
The full path of one or more files or directories within the customer's webspace is longer than 255 characters.
