Provider want to get notifications by e-mail about all failed background tasks in Odin Automation.


Odin Automation provides possibility to configure notifications to be sent by e-mail when background task fails:

  1. Go to Provider CP > System > Settings > Notification Subscriptions in the System Notifications group.
  2. Click on the user whom you wish to subscribe to new notifications.
  3. Click Add. The list of events registered in the system will be shown.
  4. Check Task failed event to notify the selected user and click Submit.
