Symptoms
The task MX Logic: Create customer's organization fails with the error message output MX Logic API
Error: 201, [Customer 'CustomerNameXXX' already exists].
Cause
This may occur on the MX Logic side due to internal errors. This organization looks like it is created, but it actually stays in an inconsistent (not fully created) state, and any other operations with this organization will fail.
POA is unable to fix this issue automatically because it does not have information about the organization's ownership.
Resolution
There is one way to resolve the issue: delete the MXLogic organization and recreate it manually:
- Open MXLogic control panel (https://portal.mxlogic.com).
- Find and remove the problem organization.
- Re-run the failed task in POA.
