1) Helm 3 error log contains record like "Key Not found: " (e.g. "Key Not found: SOFTWARE\IceWarp\Merak Mail Server\InstallDir{0}")
2) User from Administrators group of the Control Server box unable to open HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE of the remote server:
    a) Open regedit in the Helm Control Server under local user
    b) Connect to the Remote Server registry (File / Connect Network Registry... / <enter IP of the remote server>)
    c) Try to open <IP of the remote server>/HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE node in the left navigation tree. The error:
"Cannot open HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE: Error while opening key"
is shown while HKEY_USERS may be opened without errors.


Helm 3 requires remote access to the registry to read registry values from HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE of remote server.


Add 'Local Service' with 'Read' control to the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\SecurePipeServers\winreg in the remote server.
