After upgrade to 4.4.5 zip code is not show anymore in the Online Store on the account registration step, corresponding field is just missing.


Layout template zip.tpl which is used to show the field 'Zipcode' in Online Store was renamed to zip_line.tpl, however old file is still being refered to in layout template co_accdata.tpl.


The problem will be permanently fixed in further PBA-E updates.

In order to solve the problem in PBA-E 4.4.5 vendor has to modify layout template co_accdata.tpl using the steps below:
  • log into PBA-E control panel
  • go to Top > Product Director > Online Store Manager > Stores and select desired Store for editing (if vendor has more than one Store)
  • go to Top > Product Director > Online Store Manager > Layout Templates, click the button 'Add Standard Layout' and add layout template 'co_accdata.tpl' to the list of layout templates to be customized (if it is not added yet)
  • click on added layout template 'co_accdata.tpl' and click 'Edit'
  • in the appeared edit window 'Template' find this line:
{GetCustomTemplate name="zip.tpl" assign="file"}
  • change the line to
{GetCustomTemplate name="zip_line.tpl" assign="file"}
  • synchronize Online Store at Top > Product Director > Online Store Manager > Synchronization Settings.
