Parallels Sitebuilder failed with the error (in Parallels H-sphere Control Panel Apache ~cpanel/apache/logs/error_log):

[Tue Nov 17 11:36:31 2009] [error] [client XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX] FastCGI:
comm with server "/opt/php52/cgi-bin/php5" aborted: idle timeout (30 sec) [Tue Nov 17 11:36:31 2009] [error] [client XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX] FastCGI:
incomplete headers (0 bytes) received from server "/opt/php52/cgi-bin/php5"

The FastCGI application inactivity period is set into the default value (which is also Parallels
Sitebuilder recommended) - 30 sec.

To fix the issue:

1). edit the ~httpdcp/conf/sitebuilder.conf file and change '-idle-timeout' value from 30 sec. to new one. The new values: 60 or 90, 120, ... (sec.)

2). restart Parallels H-Sphere Control Panel apache with the following command:

- for Linux boxes # /etc/init.d/httpdcp restart

- for FreeBSD boxes # /usr/local/etc/rc.d/ restart

Please note that ~httpdcp/conf/sitebuilder.conf will be overwritten during next Parallels H-Sphere update.
