Switching from the POA Control Panel to PBA works slowly, it takes up to 30-60 seconds to open PBA CP.

One of the possible reasons is that POA CP or POA UI server can not resolve hostname or IP address of the PBA Application server in timely manner. You may check it logging into the POA Control Panel server by SSH and trying to run the commands below:

where PBA_SERVER_HOSTNAME and PBA_SERVER_IP_ADDRESS are hostname and IP address of the PBA server respectively.

Same check should be performed on POA UI server.

If the commands above take significant time to complete then we will have delays in switching from POA CP to PBA.

The reason might be the fact that incorrect or non-fuctioning DNS server is configured on the POA CP or POA UI server.

To resolve the problem you need to correct DNS resolving on the POA CP server so that it can resolve hostname and IP address of the PBA server - set correct DNS server in the /etc/resolv.conf file on the POA CP and/or POA UI server.

Another possible solution is to add IP address and hostname of the PBA server to the local hosts file on the POA Control Panel server and/or POA UI server.
