When you investigate /var/log/hsphere/hsphere.log, you find that it abounds with errors of the following type:

2004-01-28 06:51:02,555 [TT Client: ] INFO psoft.hsphere.mail.MailClient - -->Get messages for reseller #846
2004-01-28 06:51:02,616 [TT Client: ] WARN psoft.hsphere.mail.MailClient - Trying to retrieve mail
javax.mail.AuthenticationFailedException: authorization failed


Such an issue is usually caused by the incorrectly configured Support Center. Please check all the settings carefully:

- support e-mail address;
- POP3 host;
- POP3 user;
- POP3 password.
