When SiteBuilder is initialized from H-Sphere Admin CP > Enterprise Manager > SiteBuilder > Web/API Connection the error message "Failed to update Sitebuilder" is displayed, and in /var/log/hsphere/hsphere.log file this error is thrown:

problem initializing SiteBuilderManager : Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 41 bytes) Cause:null

Parallels SiteBuilder is integrated into H-Sphere control panel with his own php, installed to /opt/php52/ directory. The php.ini file is also there - /opt/php52/etc/php.ini , you may tune it.

What about the error message above - the memory_limit parameter should be increased (by default it's 32MB), you may increase it to 128MB, or make it unlimited:

memory_limit = -1

After any changes to /opt/php52/etc/php.ini Control Panel should be restarted in standard way.
