Very seldom such problem occurs on CP server. In Admin CP you can see on the top:

Warning: Your license will expire on 2009-01-04. Probably, Parallels H-Sphere auto update procedure failed to update the license key. Please check your license settings, run the license key update manually, or refer to your license vendor.

Clicking the update license button will cause such stack trace error in /var/log/hsphere/hsphere.log:

Caused by: PKIX path validation
failed: timestamp check failed


Restart Control Panel.

When restarting the Control Panel, make sure that you are logged into the CP server as root.

For Linux:

/etc/rc.d/init.d/httpdcp stop
sleep 10
/etc/rc.d/init.d/httpdcp start

For FreeBSD:

/usr/local/etc/rc.d/ stop
sleep 10
/usr/local/etc/rc.d/ start
