In order to install Mac fonts in Windows Guest OS (both Windows XP and Vista), please follow these instructions:

1. Enable "Shared Mac OS X folders with Windows" option in "Virtual Machine configuration" --> "Shared folders";

2. On Mac side go to "Finder" --> "Macintosh HD" --> "Library" --> "Fonts";

3. On the Windows side click  "Start" --> "Control Panel" --> "Fonts";

4. Drag and drop fonts from Mac to Windows, and they will be automatically installed.

Please note that you can install
only those Macintosh fonts which have Apple's copyright (you can check it by right-clicking on the font file and selecting "Get Info" option from the drop-down list).
