When trying to add and Account via DCM with the domain, the following error is generated although this domain doesn't exist in DCM:

"Domain already exists"




In case the domain "" exists in DCM, only the reseller that owns this domain is allowed to add the domain "".


In case you wish to add the domain "" and associate it with a different reseller, please use the following workaround:

1.      Login to DCM as the reseller that owns

2.      Add the domain as this reseller

3.      Login to DCM as admin

4.      Edit the domain, and change its owner ("Parent" field at the edit account screen).
