Cannot upgrade account

Error: "Failed to allocate IP address from ResellerDirector's IP ranges",
However there seem to be enough IP's in the range.


Please note that you can upgrade accounts using RD as long as the Server Group that the service package utilizes, is pointed to the server the VDS is on.
For example, "Service pack1" utilizes a group that uses server1 and the site you were upgrading was on server2 however the server group does not include this server. In this case you will be prompted with an error.
