When I try to view the Error Logs in Helm at:
Home > System Settings > Error Logs
I see the following error.
"Unable to access error logs []"
Please note - the following two steps are automated from 3.2.5 onwards. If you install 3.2.5, it will resolve this error.
This will be caused by one of two things:
1.) Make sure the Helm_Web user has modify permissions on the Logs directory. To do this, go to:
[Webhost Automation Install Folder]\\Helm
Right click the Logs folder and choose Properties. Choose the Security tab. Click Add, and in the new window, type HELM_WEB and choose Check Names. Click OK twice to finish.
2.) Make sure the Helm Control Panel website has parent paths enabled. To do this, go into IIS and locate the Helm Control Panel site under "Web Sites". Right click it, and choose Properties. Choose the Home directory tab, and click the Configuration button. Click the Options tab of the new window that opens. Check the box labelled "Enable parent paths" and click OK twice to finish.
