When running the latest update it stops, and I get the following error: ' Automation error - Invalid syntax (0) '
Check the following:
1.) That IIS is installed. If it isn't, you need to install it. Check the Documentation section of the Webhost Automation website.
2) That COM+ (Component Services) is working correctly. Go to:
Start > Administrative Tools > Component Services
Go through all of the levels until you get to Helm System and Helm Interfaces. Make sure that there are no errors popping up. If there aren't, check that there are no errors in the Event Viewer relating to COM:
Start > Administrative Tools > Event Viewer
3.) That File and Print Sharing is enabled on your network connection. Go to:
Start > Control Panel > Network Connections
Right-click the connection that is communicating externally to your server, and choose properties. Make sure the File and Print Sharing box is checked.
