When I try and add an FTP account to a domain, I get the following error:
Unable to get ftp site ip. Please try again or contact support.
/interfaces/standard/FTP.asp, line 157
1.) Check that there is an IP assigned to the server. If not, add one. Then go into the FTP service and resave it, using the new IP.
2.) If there is an IP already, make sure the "static" check box is unchecked. If it isn't, uncheck it and then resave the FTP service.
3.) If 1 and 2 are fine, then check the Helm resources. Make sure that the FTP resource has a service group added to it. If it doesn't, add it.
4.) If all of the above are fine, then it is likely to be an issue with either your plans, packages or both in terms of resource. Make sure that each plan and package you wish to offer FTP on has the FTP resource both enabled and selected from the dropdown box in Resource Settings.
