Resolution

Problem/Summary

I can't add domains to Helm. In the error logs I have this:

2004-01-22 10:25:13 CFTP.AddFTPAccountEx Automation error
The system cannot find the path specified.

Solution
1.) Make sure FTP is installed on the server.

2.) If so, make sure there is a Helm resource for FTP, with a Helm service in the resource.

3.) Also check that the FTP service IP is correct. Cross-check this IP with the IP of the Default FTP site in IIS (check the properties of the IIS FTP site for the IP). Do NOT delete the Default FTP site from IIS! Helm needs this site. Deleting it will cause problems.

4.) Make sure the path you have specified in the Helm FTP service (for the FTP folder) exists. If not, create it.
