I have an older version of Helm and I tried to use the Update Software button in the Configuration Tool. However, I get a message saying "To make this update the Config Tool will be closed".

When I click "OK", it responds with the following error:
"Error 429. ActiveX cannot create an object"
Firstly, are you logged on as an administrator? If not, you need to be. If you are logged on, and it still doesn't install go to:
Start > Settings > Control Panel > Add Remove Programs > Add/Remove Windows Components > Internet Explorer Enhanced Security Configuration

If you uninstall this, you should then be able to run the update with no issues.
If this doesn't work, raise a support ticket with your Helm provider.
