You need to first set-up the domain extensions you want to allow your customers to register.

Go to:

Domains > Domain Registration Settings

Leave the Domain Registration: as disabled until you have added all the extensions you want to allow.

From the Lower box select Add New

Select the Registrar you wish to use. (at present, only MANUAL is available - Helm 4 will incorporate automated registration).

Enter the domain extension ie com net (Do not enter the leading dot)

Now complete the costs you wish to charge for this domain.
Transfer Fee > The immediate amount payable when the domain is transfered
Registration Fee > The amount due when registering a domin with this extension
Renewal Fee > The amount due upon the renewal date plus the interval between renewals

Do the above for each domain extension. You can select different registrars for each domain extension.

Then on the Domain Registration Settings page select Allow my customers to register domains (per settings below) and Save.

You can now register these domains for your customers.
