What is the HELM_ADMIN account?
The Helm System Account is a very important part of the Helm installation. By default the Helm System Account is called "HELM_ADMIN" and is an NT user with administrative privileges on the control server.

It is essential that this user is set up on all remote servers with administrative priviledges, with the same password as on the control server.

When installing Helm, this user it set up using a random password. You will need to change this when installing a remote machine so that you know what the password is. To change this, run the "Helm Configuration Tool" from the programs menu on the control server and update the "System Identity" user details with the new password.

If you have an administrative account on all of your servers already, you do not need to use the "HELM_ADMIN" user account. You can change this to use your own user account within the "Helm Configuration Tool", as long as that account is a member of the Windows "Administrators" group.

If you are changing the Helm System Account username or password, you MUST also update the scheduled tasks with the new login details.
