I want to move servers, and move the database as well. How can I take the Helm DB over?
In terms of Helm, you just need to detach the Helm Database, then reattach it to the new server.
Go to the DOS command prompt and type:
osql -E -S .\\Helm
Now type the following:

sp_detach_db 'HelmDb'
(press the enter key)
(press the enter key)

You can create a database on the new server and detach that one, then copy the files off the old server over the top of the new one. The above command detaches the database. On the new machine, once copied over, you need to open a DOS prompt and type:
osql -E -S .\\Helm
Then type:

sp_attach_single_file_db @dbname='HelmDb', @physname='c:\\program files\\microsoft sql server\\80\\data\\HelmDb.mdf'
(press the enter key)
(press the enter key)

Replace the above path with wherever your database is stored.
This will reattach it on the new server.
