The following error message is reported on an attempt to terminate a Plesk client subscription after clicking the "destroy" button and selecting the "Delete target system" option:

Error cleaning IP from Plesk nodeError cleaning IP from Plesk nodeError cleaning IP from Plesk node at /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.8/HSPC/MT/BM/Subscription/ line 1105, line 6.

or the following one:

Error occurred while deleting client from Plesk node: Cannot find Plesk gate for HW node #XX at /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.8/HSPC/MT/BM/Subscription/ line 1071, line 1.


HSPC::MT::Billing -> terminate_subscr failed miserably: wipe_out_plesk_domain():: domain_id is not specified


The subscription had already been removed from the Plesk server therefore OBAS can not find it.


To delete such Plesk client subscriptions, it is required to use theĀ "Keep target system" option to prevent the sending of any requests to Plesk nodes.

It can be done under Top > Account Director > Subscription Manager > Subscriptions > Termination Queue > domain.tld > destroy
