Mails sent via mailmax bounce with the specific error message

Sorry, your message to could not be delivered. The specific error is:

Connection to mail server timed out. The retry limit has been exceeded.
This is permanent error, and the message will not be retried any further.

The above error occurs due to a bug in the quemax service of mailmax.

In order to apply this patch, you need to do the following:

1. Open up command prompt
2. Run "net stop quemax"
3. Wait for couple of minutes
4. Make sure that quemax.exe is no more shown in Task Manager
5. Go to c:\program files\mailmaxse" directory
6. Rename quemax.exe to some other name say quemax.exe.old
7. Copy quemax.exe in the patch in c:\program files\mailmaxse directory
8. Run "net start quemax" command
