To restore a Plesk client/domain subscription, use the following steps:
- Restore the Plesk client/domain on one Plesk node registered in OBAS.
- Wait until the OBAS Plesk collector fetches the new domain details from the Plesk node automatically (should take not more than 30 minutes).
- Register the Plesk client/domain in OBAS using the Resolve link under
Top > Migration Director > Conflicts Resolver > Plesk Client/Domainsscreen and selecting all required subscription properties.
The registration process should create an order for a new Plesk client/domain subscription. As soon as the order is processed, a new Plesk client/domain subscription should be created for the Plesk client/domain.
