The following error is returned:
Exception during execution of MPF request: 'Unknown error 0x80131500 [<response><errorContext description="BESUserAdmin Error: 'Service busy.', Error Code = -27" code="0x80131500" executeSeqNo="1"><errorSource namespace="BESProvider" procedure="someProcedure"/></errorContext></response>]'.


Such failures are caused by BlackBerry User Admin service - it becomes unstable from time to time due to unknown reasons.


To work around this, you can restart BESUserAdmin service:
1. Find a node which runs this service (it could be located on the same node as BlackBerry itself or on a separate node in case of several BlackBerry servers).
2. Start services.msc (Start -> Run -> services.msc)
3. Restart BESUserAdmin service.
4. Run failed BlackBerry tasks, they should complete successfully.
