Symptoms
Cancellation order for the subscription fails with the following error:
Service Destroyed: Platform error #error_code #1, extype_id #1, module_id #Subscriptions, javax.ejb.EJBTransactionRolledbackException: org.hibernate.exception.GenericJDBCException: Unable to acquire JDBC Connection.
Or:
The order provisioning has failed.
The last error - "Removal of Service of Subscription #1005599 is failed. Platform is not available. Connection to 192.168.0.90:8440 has failed: Connection timeout. Please check network settings. Service Destroyed: Removal of Service of Subscription #1005599 is failed. Platform is not available. Connection to 192.168.0.90:8440 has failed: Connection timeout. Please check network settings.".
It can be seen in core.log on Management node that pem.removeSubscription method for the subscription fails after a long execution:

There are no issues with connection between Management node and database.

Software-related issue #OA-7683
Resolution
The issue has been fixed in Odin Automation 8.3. Consider to upgrade your platform in order to avoid similar cases.
