Symptoms
Execution of autoconf.py script fails with the following error message:
2019-10-04 17:25:56,892 INFO API Error:
2019-10-04 17:25:56,892 INFO {"error":"APS::Util::TokenExpired","message":"Token expired"}
2019-10-04 17:25:56,893 ERROR HTTP Error 403: Forbidden
Cause
Some operations processed by the script took too long to complete. APS token generated by the script expired and this situation is not processed properly by autoconf.py
This behavior is considered to be improved in scope of request #APSA-21577
Resolution
Contact your Technical Account Manager to clarify current statue of the request.
As a workaround, proceed with the following steps:
- Restart the script with the same parameters.
- If it did not help, it is required to determine what causes slowness of the platform. Logs generated by the script could help in this regards.
