Symptoms
After an upgrade to Office 365 19.2, there is a new Account Common Licenses section on Office 365 > Licenses tab in UX1.
Some items in this section are represented as an UID instead of a correct license name.
The following entry can be seen in "sitelog" of Office 365 application:
2019-08-21 23:47:30,488 <18060> [ 8] WARN aps_endpoint: GetSubscribedSkusOperation: Unable to match the MsSubscribedSku with SkuId '093e8d14-a334-43d9-93e3-30589a8b47d0' with any Offer in the Microsoft Product Catalog or Office 365 License/Addon in the Platform.
Cause
Software-related issue #APSA-21546.
Office 365 application tries to get license name by:
- Matching license ID with product ID of existing License/Addon type of Office 365 instance in Odin Automation.
- Getting full list of offers using corresponding Microsoft API request.
However, some licenses might be absent in both places.
Resolution
The issue is considered to be fixed in future versions of Office 365 application. Contact your Technical Account Manager in order to clarify current status of the issue.
