Symptoms
An attempt to perform an action in UX1 screen fails with the following output in the browser console:
GET https://cp.provider.com/aps/2/resources?implementing(http://parallels.com/aps/types/pa/dns/zone/1.1),or(eq(name,in),eq(name,vasia.in)) 500 (Internal Server Error)
aps.debug.js:20936 Returned status 500. Message: com.parallels.pa.rql.parser.RQLParserException: com.parallels.pa.rql.parser.ParseException: Encountered " "in" "in "" at line 1, column 73.
Was expecting one of:
"empty()" ...
"null()" ...
"true()" ...
"false()" ...
<UNRESERVED_STR> ...
<SINGLE_QUOTED_STR> ...
<DOUBLE_QUOTED_STR> ...
Cause
This behavior is recognized as APS-46391 by CloudBlue R&D team.
Resolution
Please update to the latest version of Odin Automation - this software-related issue has been fixed in 8.0, no workaround is available for previous versions.
Please contact your TAM or PTA to request a hotfix for this behavior.
