Symptoms
On attempt to add Application Template in Services > Cloud Infrastructure > Virtual Server Templates > Virtual Server Template no data are being displayed. The behavior is observed only for Virtual Server Templates containing custom OS Templates discovered on Virtualization Node.
Cause
No Application Template for custom OS Template is registered in Cloud Infrastructure.
Resolution
Register Application Template compatible with custom OS Template in Cloud Infrastructure.
Cloud Infrastructure uses command vzpkg list -A to retrieve the list of available Application Templates from the Virtualization Node, so before registering in CIA it is required to create Application Template compatible with custom OS template on Virtuozzo Node manually, refer to the Virtuozzo documentation on Template Management Utilities and Creating Customized Containers.
