Symptoms
OS information are not shown in General Information section from in UX1 for specific Virtual Server.
Cause
This behavior may be caused by the following:
Misconfiguration of Service Plan - resources for billable OS license should be measurable, without that resources for OS licenses were not able to be correctly linked with virtual server, so empty names are displayed and customer will not be billed for the OS license resource.

Resolution 1 - Misconfiguration of Service Plan
Configure resources in Service Plan according to the documentation: .
Afterwards it will be required to synchronize the Service Plan with active subscriptions and options "Install new resource(s)", "Update Limits" and "Install into Provisioning System - Immoderately".
The correct way to fix this one will be to remove this server and create it again after correction of OS licenses resources.
