Slider is replaced with combobox for Bandwidth in Legacy CCP "Add new server" oaci screen when ST configuration min value is <=100, 1K, 5K, 10K, 50K, 100K, 1M, 10M
Cause
The observed behavior is recognized as CCU-20154 by CloudBlue R&D team.
