Symptoms
When trying to open a Resources tab of some OA service template from the billing control panel, one may face an error message:
Access Denied
Cause
The service template does not belong to the current account. The system prevents users from opening resources properties of such OA service templates as this may cause unexpected and unauthorized actions.
Resolution
Impersonate as a staff member of the account that owns the required service template, and retry the attempt to open the needed resource properties.
